Recipe Ingredients for Basil Skillet

1 yellow squash
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups carrots
1 cup tofu

Recipe Directions for Basil Skillet

  1. Smash up a garlic clove with some basil.

  2. Simmer in a small amount of water and oil if you want.

  3. Add the veggies and tofu and simmer until cooked.

  4. I usually add some pepper.
