needs more mustard next time I think and less shrimp - use only .57 pound and drop 1 or 2 tsp of olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Basil Shrimp

1 clove garlic
1 pound shrimp
3 T basil
4 tsp olive oil
1 T butter, melted
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 T brown mustard

Recipe Directions for Basil Shrimp

Mince basil and garlic and add all but shrimp together. Marinate for about a half hour or so. Grill using skewers on grill or use a Foreman for a few minutes.
