Recipe Ingredients for Basil salad

6 pieces Garlic Cloves
6 serving VIGO EXTRA LITE OLIVE OIL
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.5 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled

Recipe Directions for Basil salad

crush garlic and let soak in olive oil. while cooking dish to infuse oil. Cook Rice according to directions. Cool rice in refidgerator. Once rice is cool. add infused garlic and oil to rice. Then cut grape tomatos in half and add to rice. dice up basil and add to rice and mix all together. Lastly, crumble feta cheese and add to rice mixture. Mix altogether and serve cold.
