Yummy Pork chops are very tender and flavorful!

Recipe Ingredients for Basil Pork Chops

5 pork chops
1 tbsp basil (or to taste)
1 cup V-8 juice, may use tomato juice (More if needed)
1 tsp olive oil (more if needed to keep from sticking)

Recipe Directions for Basil Pork Chops

  1. heat oil in large non stick frying pan

  2. brown chops on both sides in pan season with mrs dash or whatever you might like while browning.

  3. cover with V-8 (may use tomato juice) and sprinkle with basil

  4. cover pan tightly and simmer for 40 minutes

  5. Add water if pan becomes dry but mine did not even come close, I had a lot of the "sauce" left over
