2 whole wheat 6' pita rounds 1 tomato cut into thin slices 64 grams of polly o fat free ricotta chesse 1/8 basil about 8 leaves cut in slices

2 Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat
1 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
64 grams Ricotta Fat Free
1 c Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Basil and pita bread w/ tomato

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2.Slice tomato & basil, divide and set aside.

  3. 3.Top Pitas with Ricotta Cheese (1/8 c on each pita round)

  4. 4.Then Top with tomatos and basil.

  5. 5.Pop in the oven and cook until it's to your liking.
