Recipe Ingredients for Basil Pasta

2.5 cup dry Pasta Shells Medium
4 oz Canadian Bacon Hormel
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Basil Pasta

Boil pasta shells according to package directions. Meanwhile heat oil in skillet add onions and cook until soft. Add chopped tomatoes, and chopped bacon, cook until tomatoes are soft. Add pepper and basil, then add pasta and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well. Transfer to 1 1/2 Qt. baking dish, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
