Recipe Ingredients for Basil-Parmesan chicken salad

8 oz Light Mayonnaise
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Roasting, Meat Only
1 cup, diced Celery
8 oz Granny Smith Apples
4 cup Arugula

Recipe Directions for Basil-Parmesan chicken salad

Process mayo, basil, parm., lemon juice and garlic in food processor 10 seconds. Combine chicken,celery, apples and dressing. Toss with arugula.
