3 oz pork chop
7/10 grams basil, dried (1/2 tsp but wouldn't size)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Basil and Oregano Baked Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Marinate pork chop in a mixture of basil, oregano, peper and 1/4 tbsp olive oil for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until inside is cooked through.
