A flavorful blend of garlic, basil and sesame. Great as a dip, spread or salad dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for basil garlic sesame dip spread

12 oz tofu
1 oz fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for basil garlic sesame dip spread

  1. In a blender:

  2. Add liquids, minced garlic, basil and blend 'til smooth.

  3. Cut up tofu, add to blender and whiz until smooth.

  4. Makes about 2 cups.
