Recipe Ingredients for Basil Butternut Squash Soup

3 large Carrots
4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 tbsp Butter
1 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk

Recipe Directions for Basil Butternut Squash Soup

Boil all the vegetables until soft. Puree them in a food processor until liquid. Add water to help the pureeing process. Add butter, salt, milk, and basil, and heat up. Add more water to get the desired consistency and serve with crackers.
