Made 7/12-7.5 out of 10-not bad. Almost damn tasty in fact. Fluffy (almost crumbly) and light. Little butter, little honey, and these things are decent goddamn biscuits.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Whole Wheat Biscuits

2 cups white whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Basic Whole Wheat Biscuits

  1. Sift the dry ingredients into a food processor. Process with the butter till crumbly. Gradually add in the milk. Dough is kind of sticky.

  2. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Or until, you know, their done.
