Recipe Ingredients for basic whole grain bread

1 1/2 c buttermilk
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c honey
1 T yeast
2 c flour
2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c olive oil
4 t salt
3 c whole wheat flour
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c flax seeds
1/4 c sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for basic whole grain bread

  1. mix first 6 . let sit 15 min

  2. mix in next 2

  3. fold in rest

  4. knead

  5. let sit 1.5 hrs

  6. punch and let sit 1 hr

  7. divide in 2

  8. put in pans.

  9. rise 20 min

  10. preheat to 350

  11. slit tops

  12. bake for 50 min
