Recipe Ingredients for Basic White loaf homemade in Kenwood bread maker

300 ml water
450 g plain white flour
4 tsp dried skimmed milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
25 g butter
1 1/2 tsp dried yeast

Recipe Directions for Basic White loaf homemade in Kenwood bread maker

  1. Place the water in the pan

  2. Sprinkle the flour on top

  3. Add the skimmed milk powder

  4. Add the salt, sugar and butter in separate corners of the pan

  5. Make a well in the centre of the flour, not down as far as the water

  6. Add the yeast in the well

  7. Place the pan in the breadmaker

  8. Bake on setting 2 Large White Loaf
