White bread made with almond milk and Olivio vegetable spread

Recipe Ingredients for Basic White Bread - Machine Bread

1 cup (Almond Breeze) Almond Milk
1/8 cup (Almond Breeze) Almond Milk
2 tablespoons (Olivio) Vegetable Oil Spread
1 teaspoon (Olivio) Vegetable Oil Spread
2 teaspoons (Sue Bee) Honey
1/4 teaspoon (Sue Bee) Honey
1/2 teaspoon salt, table
3 cups flour
3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon yeast

Recipe Directions for Basic White Bread - Machine Bread

  1. Place all ingredients, in order listed, in the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Place the bread pan in the Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker. Press the Menu and select White. Press Crust and select Light (or to taste). Press Loaf and select dough size (Medium). Press Start to mix, knead, rise, and bake. When pause signal sounds, remove dough and kneading paddle if desired, reshape dough and replace in bread pan. Press Start to continue. When cycle is completed, remove bread from machine and transfer to wire tack to cool. Bread slices best when allowed to cool.

  2. I put my yeast in the milk mixture first and then add all my other ingredients even though Cuisinart says "not too."
