Recipe Ingredients for Basic Whey Pancakes

1 egg
3 tbsp egg whites
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Basic Whey Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Spoon 2-3 Tbsp batter onto hot griddle, flip when edges are dry. Cook until bottom is lightly browned.

  3. Repeat for remaining batter.
