A really basic, quick and easy to prepare dish. Ideally served with salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Tuna Spaghetti

50 g Whole wheat spaghetti
70 g Tinned tuna in brine
4 tsp Salad cream or dressing of your choice

Recipe Directions for Basic Tuna Spaghetti

  1. Boil the spaghetti.

  2. Meanwhile open tin of tuna (140g) and put half in fridge. Mash up the half you are eating on a plate. (This is where I usually add lots of black pepper, not listed in recipe, no salt needed).

  3. When pasta is ready, pour over the top and mix it all up.

  4. Measure dressing and mix up with pasta and fish.
