Recipe Ingredients for Basic Tomato Sauce (low sodium)

145 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
7 medium Carrots
4 tbsp Olive Oil
11 small Onions
10 clove Garlic
0.5 oz Oregano

Recipe Directions for Basic Tomato Sauce (low sodium)

Chop and sautee carrots, onions, and garlic. Mix the remaining ingredients, blend until smooth (or desired consistency), simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
