Basic Spinach Quiche (Clean Food Recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Spinach Quiche (Clean Recipe)

6 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Basic Spinach Quiche (Clean Recipe)

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350*, and prepare an 8X8 nonstick pan with a couple short sprays of olive oil cooking spray around the corners of the pan so your eggs do not stick. In medium bowl break 6 eggs; scramble them together well. Other ingredients to combine thoroughly. Bake for 30 minutes.

  2. Add ins: Green, Yellow, or Red Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Black olives, Jalapenos (my fav!) Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup (before baking mix with ingredients) diced ham, turkey bacon, Salsa.

  3. I also recommend making this with less salt then what the recipe calls for! This will lower the sodium content as well.

  4. **Note that adding anything other than ingredients listed on actual recipe WILL alter the nutrition facts, and calories!
