The basic smoothie-very adaptable to everything

Recipe Ingredients for basic smoothie

1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup mango
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 scoop whey protein, vanilla
1 dash cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for basic smoothie

Place everything in the blender and whir until smooth. If too thick add water until you reach the desired consistancy
