Recipe Ingredients for Basic Scrambled Tofu

1 lb Tofu
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup Onions
3 cloves Garlic
2 stalk broccoli
1 med Carrot
2 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric, Ground
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
3 tbsp water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Basic Scrambled Tofu

  1. Blend the spices and add water.

  2. Fry garlic in oil until golden, and then add onion.

  3. Add tofu and broccoli or kale stems.

  4. Cook for about ten minutes until the tofu is slightly browned.

  5. Add spice blend.

  6. Stir in nutritional yeast and sprinkle black pepper on top.
