Recipe Ingredients for Basic Salad

1 cups Spring Mix
3 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
0.5 tsp Vinegar red wine
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Basic Salad

  1. Toss vegetables in large bowl

  2. Coat with oil then season with salt & pepper

  3. Toss in vinegar
