My basic salad for any toppings. Great to add just about anything on top of. Does not include meat and dressing.

3 mushrooms
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. Cut up lettuce (I use green or red leaf)

  2. Sliced/Chop mushrooms

  3. Top with cheese
