Recipe Ingredients for Basic Quinoa

2 c chicken broth, low sodium
3/4 c quinoa
1/2 t oregano
1/4 t rosemary
1/4 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Basic Quinoa

Put the above ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to boil. Lower the heat and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa fluffy, about 15 minutes.
