Recipe Ingredients for Basic Quiche

6 eggs
15 oz green beans (1 can drained)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup chives
4 oz potato, shredded
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Basic Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat eggs, add beans, flour, chives (or onion), potato, cheese and spices.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
