Tasty, easy and healthy. Add ham, or any other extra of your choice to add more flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Potato soup

12 small potatoes
3 cups celery
3 cups onion
2 tbls crisco
3 tsp sea salt
2 cups whole milk

Recipe Directions for Basic Potato soup

Chop or slice celery and onion to your liking, saute in pan of crisco until translucent. Peel, wash and cube potatoes in large cubes, add to pan of veggies and add water just under the level of the potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Add salt! Then milk to desired texture.
