A very basic, uncooked salsa recipe.This can also be made in the food processor, but be careful not to over-chop it. Fresh cilantro would be better than dried.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Pico de Gallo/Salsa

5 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 oz green chiles
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/8 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely.
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin

Recipe Directions for Basic Pico de Gallo/Salsa

Mix together all ingredients. Chill before serving.
