Our family's fav recipe for pancakes from scratch :)

Recipe Ingredients for Basic pancakes

3 cup Flour, All Purpose
4 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 tsp Salt, Table
18 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
2.75 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Basic pancakes

  1. Mix together dry.

  2. Beat eggs & wet ingredients together separately. Then add to the dry ingredients. Spray frying pan with Pam. When bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake. This recipe feeds a family of 4. The original recipe was a 1/2 size version. Refrigerate leftover pancakes & heat in the toaster.

  3. Makes about 14 lrg pancakes.
