Just a regular old pancake recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 T sugar blend
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup almond breeze, unusweetened
1 T light butter

Recipe Directions for Basic Pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  2. Combine Egg Beaters, almond breeze, and melted butter.

  3. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and stir just until moist. Let sit 30 seconds.

  4. Cook on hot griddle (sprayed with cooking spray) until bubbly, flip and cook until done.
