A basic but yummy pancake batter recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Pancakes

256 grams Flour
1.75 serving Lactofree Semi skimmed milk
2 large Egg, Whole
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
75 grams Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine

Recipe Directions for Basic Pancakes

  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, sugar, baking powder and salt until just blended.

  2. Preheat a lightly greased griddle or frying pan. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan for each pancake. Cook until pancakes begin to bubble. Flip once and cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.

  3. Serve with maple syrup, jam or fruit.
