Recipe Ingredients for basic omelet

3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 ounce fat free cheese
1/2 cup cooked spinach

Recipe Directions for basic omelet

  1. cook frozen spinach in microwave

  2. squeeze excess water out of cooked spinach

  3. mix in 3/4 cups egg whites

  4. spray frying pan with pam

  5. cook eggs over medium heat

  6. move cooked eggs to the center of the pan

  7. when eggs are no longer runny, sprinkle cheese on top

  8. cook 1 minute

  9. fold egg over on itself

  10. serve with tabisco sauce
