2 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 c maple syrup or agave
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c milk, scant
1/4 c butter, melted
1 t vanilla extract
1 c blueberries

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mix wet ingredients

  3. mix together, fill muffin cups and bake!
