This actually uses Granny Bunt's baking mix and although the calorie count is the same as bisquick there is actually less fat calories in the granny bunts

Recipe Ingredients for basic muffin

2 cups baking mix
1 cup 2% milk
1 egg
2 T vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for basic muffin

  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. spoon into lightly greased muffin pan

  3. bake at 425 deg for 10 - 15 min
