This is a basic easy batter for muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic muffin batter

2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 egg
3/4 c non fat milk
1/3 c canola oil
1 t vanilla

Recipe Directions for Basic muffin batter

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In seperate bowl mix egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix together until blended. Bake at 400 until done 18-22 minutes.
