The vanilla, sweetener, cinnamon, & molasses are all optional and to taste. Fruit of your choice on top.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Muesli

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
6 oz Plain Nonfat
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.17 tbsp Molasses
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Basic Muesli

Mix milk, vanilla, molasses, sweetener, cinnamon, & flax in a medium soup bowl. Mix in yogurt. Finally mix in oats. Refrigerate at least one hour. Top with blueberries and additional milk if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy this BIG serving! It will remind you of a creamy oatmeal cookie.
