A delicious, nutritious, energizing breakfast! You won't feel hungry till lunch, and it is endlessly variable: use different dried fruit or nuts/seeds, and any flavour of soymilk you prefer.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic MŁesli

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 oz Soymilk Vanilla
14 grams Raisins, Seedless
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (Raw)
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Basic MŁesli

Combine all ingredients but pumpkin seeds in a cereal bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate overnight and eat cold in the morning.
