82 g oats
466 g extra lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup

  1. Mix onion, ground beef and oats

  2. add everything else

  3. grease (cooking spray) the loaf pan

  4. bake
