Recipe Ingredients for Basic Main Dish Crepes

1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tbls oil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Basic Main Dish Crepes

In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt with rotary beater until blended. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet, remove from heat, spoon 2 tbls of batter, lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly, return to heat and brown on one side only, to remove invert pan over paper towels, remopve crepe, repeat with remaining batter
