Recipe Ingredients for Basic Low Cal Crepes

2 cups white flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar, unsifted
5 egg whites
2 cups soymilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Basic Low Cal Crepes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Heat a skillet with 1 tbsp of canola oil.

  3. Pour in the batter so that it evenly covers the skillet in a thin layer. When it appears to be firm on one side or golden brown, turn over.

  4. Once golden brown on the other side, remove from heat.

  5. Repeat until the batter is gone.
