Recipe Ingredients for Basic Italian Pasta Dish

50 g penne
30 g Pancetta
25 g fresh mozzerella
4 cherry tomatoes
3 leaves of basil
1/8 cup of olive oil
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Basic Italian Pasta Dish

  1. boil the water and cook the penne

  2. while they are cooking put some olive oil in a pan and cook the pancetta, after a few minutes halve or quarter the tomatoes and throw them in with one or two leaves of basil, salt and pepper

  3. once the penne is cooked drain and add the pancetta and tomatoes

  4. add a little more olive oil

  5. let it cool for a few minutes and add the mozzerella balls

  6. garnish with some uncooked tomatoes and a basil leaf and a little more salt and pepper
