114 g. sweet potato
14 oz. tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chickpeas
2 cups cauliflower, chopped
2/5 block tofu , chopped

Recipe Directions for basic Indian-style sweet potato-cauliflower dish

cube and steam the sweet potato and cauliflower for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the tofu and start simmering the tomatoes with the chickpeas. Add everything together with some spices.
