I have no idea how many servings, so the calories and stuff is probably off... it's two tablespoons per serving on the professional labels, but I haven't worked my way through this batch yet, so... Add jalapenos or pesto, or basil or cilantro, red peppers, whatever you want to make other flavors!! Stick in a blender and go!
