No-egg homemade pasta. You can add seasoning or herbs for flavored pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Homemade Pasta

124 grams All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Basic Homemade Pasta

  1. Mix flours and salt (and seasonings, if using) in a good-sized bowl. Add water and olive oil and mix until dough comes together (add water or flour in small amounts if dough is too dry or too moist).

  2. Knead dough on a lightly floured board for 8-10 minutes. (You can use a mixer or food processor to make the dough.)

  3. Let dough rest in a damp towel for 20 minutes.

  4. Cut dough into quarters. Roll out one piece of dough and cut (either by hand or with a pasta machine). Keep other dough moist.

  5. Let pasta dry for 15-20 minutes before cooking, or wrap and keep in refrigerator for up to a week.
