Recipe Ingredients for basic home made kettle corn

4 tablespoon Oil, canola
66 grams Sugars, Granulated
8 tbsp unpopped Kernel Popcorn Hot Air
0.75 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for basic home made kettle corn

Heat oil in pan over medium high heat with 3 kernels in. When kernels pop, remove them (carefully) and add in rest of kernels and sugar, then mix and cover. Shake covered pan until kernels mostly popped/ begin to pop less frequently. Remove into a bowl and sprinkle on salt shaking bowl to distribute.
