2 cups 2% milk
2 tablespoons Wondra flour

Recipe Directions for Basic High Protein Gravy

  1. Mix dry and wet milk together (use a blender or stick blender).

  2. In a saucepan, whisk together milk and flour.

  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened.

  4. Add salt, worcestershire sauce to taste and gravy browner for color.
