Recipe Ingredients for Basic Healthy Tacos

12 taco shells
1 lb ground turkey
2/3 cup water
1 1/4 oz package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, Less Sodium

Recipe Directions for Basic Healthy Tacos

  1. Heat tacos in warm oven for 3 to 5 minutes as directed on taco shell package.

  2. Cook and stir ground turkey on medium or medium high heat until no longer pink.

  3. Add 2/3 cup water and seasoning mix and cook 2 to 4 minutes until absorbed or as directed on seasoning mix package.

  4. Spoon small amount of meat into each taco shell. Add desired toppings such as salsa (naturally low in calories) and Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream.
