Combine any number of greens in these proportions, add a fruit or two and you'll have a great smoothie full of everything you need.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Green Smoothie

2 cups Dandelion Greens
1 cup Romaine Lettuce
2 cups Kale
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
2 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Basic Green Smoothie

  1. Combine water and greens. Blend until well chopped.

  2. Add fruit and supplements. Blend until smooth.

  3. Other fruits: Raspberries, Mango, Pineapple, Apple, Cherries.

  4. Other greens: Kale, Lettuce, Radish, Sesame, Beet, Cilantro, Parsley, Just about anything with leaves!

  5. Make sure to switch up your greens regularly so that the body can process the minute amount of toxins that greens hold. Switch up your fruits to keep sugars low.

  6. Protein Boost: Pea protein powder or hemp powder!
