Recipe Ingredients for Basic "Granola

8 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup wheat bran
2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
8 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup liquid honey
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Basic "Granola

  1. In a large bowl, add ingredients in order until cinnamon is added. Mix well.

  2. Heat canola oil and brown sugar for 1 minute in microwave. Add to bowl and mix well.

  3. Heat liquid honey for 1 minute in microwave. Add to bowl. Mix well.

  4. Spread evenly over 2 cookie sheets and bake for 20 minutes at 350.

  5. Serve warm or cold.

  6. Store in sealed container.
