Basic granola to which dried fruits can be added.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Basic Granola

Combine dry ingredients. Combing oil and honey and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Add vanilla to oil mixture, than stir it into oat mixture. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
