Oats, honey, vanilla - it doesn't get much simpler!

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Granola

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Basic Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250

  2. Combine honey, oil and vanilla in a bowl

  3. Add oats, stir to combine

  4. Spread oats on a greased cookie sheet

  5. Bake for until golden and crispy, about 90 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Turn off the oven, let cool for at least 3 hours.
