Recipe Ingredients for Basic Foccacia Bread

3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
25 grams fresh yeast
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Basic Foccacia Bread

Mix all in the food processor, knead and put into a saran wrap covered bowl. Let rise about 90 minutes. Punch down and shape. Let rise another 20 minutes. Bake at 180 until done.
